I had stopped at the office with questions about my well water, I received some answers and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. The gentleman that came let me know he was on his way and an approximate time of arrival. He was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He ran some tests, gave me results and took a sample for further testing.I am pleased with the service so far.Ken
