So, I had the typical sewer blockage today - somewhere after the lowest toilet in the house and the cleanout at the driveway. I should mention here that we are hosting Thanksgiving tomorrow, so there was some worry about whether or not our home would be able to handle it.
Roy immediately put us at ease. He knows his business, is super friendly, and was extremely thorough. He checked everything to be sure he knew where the blockage was before he really got going to resolve the issue.
Friendly, fast, and priced well for the task and nature of the job - dealing with a sewer issue may not be the most pleasant task in the world, but Roy takes pride and satisfaction in his working knowing that he's helping people, and that he's doing it better than just about anyone else around.
I will definitely use Maryland Sewer and Plumbing in the future!
