Mark was amazing. He not only listened but actually addressed the problems with real solutions. The few other pest control people we've had come out simply put traps and poison down. Mark placed wire mesh, filled holes and also looked for other places that werent even labeled on his work ticket. He was professional and personable. Thank you Mark!
I really appreciate the professionalism and quality from Queen B Pest Services. We contract their services for a number of our commercial properties. They are thorough, patient with questions and concerns, explain things clearly and concisely and have competitive pricing. What more could we ask for?
The technician, Greg, was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly at the expected service time and conducted a thorough inspection and treatment. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain yellow jacket behavior, the treatment, and things to look out for. Much appreciated.
