Josh was very pleasant and literally came on the spot to service my condo. He sprayed for bugs which was unnecessary—my only need is to get rid of the rodent problem. He found a trapped one behind the stove. He added a few sticky traps. My only negatives were: they don’t return for 2 weeks (no reason) AND I found 2 mice in old traps within 24 hours. NOW MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH QUEEN BEE WAS FANTASTIC! GREG CAME OUT AND LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED…LITERALLY! I HAVE USED MANY EXTERMINATORS, BUT HE WAS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE OTHERS. I WILL ASK FOR HIM EACH TIME.Service: Rodent extermination
