The women at the checkout will try to charge you whatever she feels like uless you speak up. She is money hungry. She recently started charging $5.00 extra is you get curls vs. a straight hairstyle, but will not tell you that’s she charging more unless you question it. . Beware and ask questions.

The owner is lovely. But the hair washing experience leaves a lot to be desired. They don't like it when you tell them how you like your hair washed. They are extremely limited as to doing any styles. So if you are okay with blow -outs, pin curls and wraps. Then you're straight. They advertise nails, facials, massages and other spa like services. But they don't have anyone there to do it. There isn't much order. It would be great if they had people there that spoke English just as well as they speak Dominican and or Spanish. It sucks because you don't know if they are talking about you. which is rude.

Ima be honest, just come in and tell them what you want. They won’t disappoint, everyone was on there a-game and on point. They could be a little more organized with seating and who will be doing your styleIf you don’t have a appointment. This place is 5 stars. My hair was lovely got many compliments, this was my first press after doing the big chop.
