I had such a great experience at Dr. Ouazna’s office — this was my first time there, and I was truly blown away by the level of care. Dr. Ouazna fixed a cracked front tooth and reattached a crown that had come off, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
Her bedside manner was excellent — she explained everything she was doing step by step, which made me feel calm and informed throughout the process. She also pointed out a couple of other issues I wasn’t aware of, which I really appreciated because I want to keep my teeth in the best shape possible. I visited this office because my father had been there in an emergency setting and had had a wonderful experience. I was greeted politely and enthusiastically by a wonderful reception staff. My dental hygienist was polite, efficient, kind, and had a gentle hand as she did my cleaning. When I was able to meet with Dr. Ouazana, she was clearly excited and takes pride and care in the work she does. She outlined the plan for my tooth care clearly and made sure I was onboard for every step of the process. At the end, my bill was as expected and I was provided with estimates for next work so I could budget appropriately. I have scheduled my return for my next cleaning in 6 months and look forward to seeing them again!
Dr Oawazana is a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. She treats her patients with compassion and understanding. I wud recommend her and her assistants to anyone looking for a good dentist.
