“I was a frequent flyer with pelvic floor therapy/issues with specialists, doctors, PTs, etc. It can be exhausting, expensive, and overwhelming. I came in with pelvic pain and frequency issues. Julie treated me holistically and made suggestions based on my personal goals and lifestyle. She's personable, communicative and makes you feel comfortable. She's also very knowledgeable about new practices and different exercises used. This was the first time I had been given varied exercises at home that were full body and specific to my body and where I needed to strengthen. My pain and urgency symptoms have greatly decreased and now I am not planning my life around symptoms. Highly recommend!“
