The facility at Strength \u0026 Vitality Wellness is clean and inviting. But most importantly, I can’t say enough about Cara-Michele and her approach to my overall wellness journey. She provides an honest assessment and is a great listener, very knowledgeable, and takes time to ensure she is providing the best care unique to my issue. I have had a few experiences with Acupuncturists but there is something wonderfully different about the approach Cara-Michelle uses. I have never experienced a kinesiological muscle test before and what a world of difference that was. Cara-Michelle was able to pinpoint my areas of inflammation surrounding my gut health and how it is directly connected to the inflammation and pain I was experiencing in my lower back and hips. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, who is struggling physically and/or mentally, she provides the "big picture" and helps her clients become more aware of their needs!
