About US Nails
US Nails is a neighborhood nail salon known for its clean and calming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and talented, providing quick service. Prices are reasonable, and customers often express satisfaction with services such as eyebrow grooming and acrylic nail polish application. On the rare occasion of dissatisfaction, the owner steps in to offer complimentary services. The salon features soothing music, TVs playing talk shows or news, and a comfortable ambiance that has left some customers impressed and vowing to never cut their own nails again.
I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but as a patron of at least 15 years now, let me tell you what I think:
Very clean, very convenient space. The pedicure chairs could absolutely use an upgrade, but they're not bad or anything, just outdated. It is normally very easy to get an appointment and even as a walk in, you never wait for more than 15-20 minutes. I will say, a lot of times they don't pick up the phone and their mailbox is full, so it can be a pain to keep calling back. I really like US Nails in Pikesville! They accept both walk-ins and appointments, which makes it super convenient. The prices are great, the service is excellent, and the salon itself is clean and comfortable. I had a good experience. I’ll definitely go back and recommend them to others.
This is my neighborhood nail salon The salon is clean and the staff is nice and helpful- and for sure talented! There isn't usually a wait and I usually just walk in with a call before to make sure it's feasible
