Wow! I am thrilled to have found Seeded in Wellness. Adrianne is fantastic. She always makes sure her clients are comfortable in her gorgeous spa. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking massage therapy for pain or relaxation!

If you are looking for a very professional lymphatic Drainage massage here in Baltimore I Do recommend seeded wellness for a faster and even less painful way to recovery so if u are looking for something less painful and more professional book with seeded in wellness .
