“I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Superior Damage Restoration to address a persistent water leak issue in a penthouse duplex unit. The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door.Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs, and into the floor.Once the true source was identified, they promptly waterproofed the rooftop, and after the next rain, I was relieved to see that no water came through. The team then continued with the flooring work, and Shawn offered an excellent choice of new flooring that perfectly matched the shade of the rest of the unit.I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Shawn and his team. “I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. “The team at Roto Rooter was highly responsive and very effective. They reached out to us very soon after our initial call and came by to assess our damaged water heater and related water damage to our basement.
Jose, our plumber, met with us within a few hours after our initial call and came back the next afternoon to install the new water heater.
The renovation team was equally effective arriving at our home within 24 hours of the damage and did a major job of cleaning all the water damage in the basement.

The only real issue I had was that their invoices were pretty vague as to what they pertained to with a very general description of the entire project and the amount due at the time. I would have preferred a better breakdown.“
