“Water remediation- smallish leak from an outdoor tap in the wall into a basement room. We had vacuumed up much of the water as soon as leak noticed. Prompt and professional service from Kevin at a reasonable price. Had to contract with a second partner business to have padding replaced and carpet tacked back down. Sorry that they could not replace the baseboards to complete the job. Otherwise, the work was really well done and the carpet is looking good as new.“

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Superior Damage Restoration to address a persistent water leak issue in a penthouse duplex unit. The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door.Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs, and into the floor.Once the true source was identified, they promptly waterproofed the rooftop, and after the next rain, I was relieved to see that no water came through. “I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. They did a lot of high quality work for the money. We had Pennicilium mold in our basement - very common - that was identified in the inspection. We had 2 bids - Intrepid and another. The other only did treatment. For the same amount, Intrepid actually tore out and installed new drywall, treated and cleaned the whole unfinished adjacent walls and ceiling, and then repainted the finished new wall and trim plus the finished room and 2 doors (both sides). They saw more mold than originally scoped in the bid and they went ahead and treated all of the unfinished basement ceiling. Of all the vendors we had doing work on the house for our sale, Intrepid was the most professional, dependable, transparent with the highest quality work and value of any....
