“3 years ago, I made a call to RestoreUNow to clean-up a horrific situation at a family member’s home.There were multiple mold issues plus clean out of a house that had been lived in by older people who could no longer care for or clean their home. The team and leaders at this company were professional, compassionate, discreet and went beyond all expectations in helping our family through a daunting situation that was traumatic for all of us.Fast forward almost three years…. “I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. We called our Insurance company and they suggested Intrepid Restoration because we also had an asbestos issue with the original floor. Intrepid resolved the asbestos issue, replaced the kitchen floor, replaced the damaged cabinet and painted the kitchen to the point that you would not know there was water damage. After leaving the fans and dehumidifiers running for a few days, they returned to remove the equipment and do the drywall removal.
