We had a warp kitchen floor caused by a leak in our garbage disposal. We called our Insurance company and they suggested Intrepid Restoration because we also had an asbestos issue with the original floor. Intrepid resolved the asbestos issue, replaced the kitchen floor, replaced the damaged cabinet and painted the kitchen to the point that you would not know there was water damage. Dan, Miguel, Mary and Olga were excellent thru out the whole ordeal. These guys pay attention to the details and they make sure your property looks good once they are finished. if you have restoration needs call Intrepid Restoration.
My house was trashed by a tenant and had mold issues. After the tenant was evicted I called Intrepid Restoration. Olga responded to my inquiry and she showed up at my propery quickly for evuation. Because there was so much damage that invloves a lot of work, Olga could not provide me an on-site quote, but she did all the measurement and recordings, then emailed me a very detailed quote. The job was complicated, and time consuming from my perspective. I had to reconsider my options for budget plannings. may be the best contractor I have ever worked with. We had water damage to our basement. They were out the first evening with fans and the next day removing drywall. They then repaired the drywall and painted. Incredibly professional, on time, great work and good pricing. I can't recommend highly enough.Services: Remodeling
