For the same amount, Intrepid actually tore out and installed new drywall, treated and cleaned the whole unfinished adjacent walls and ceiling, and then repainted the finished new wall and trim plus the finished room and 2 doors (both sides). They saw more mold than originally scoped in the bid and they went ahead and treated all of the unfinished basement ceiling.
