First on site is the vendor that you can rely on a short notice if their is a project, emergency calls and resources if you need it. Very satisfied of their work, performance as well as their customer sevice.
My property has used First Onsite for multiple projects. They always do a great job and are able to make sure we are taken care of quickly.
We recently experienced flood, affecting 30 units from the 5th floor down to the 1st, and once again, First Onsite delivered exceptional service. Billy and his team responded promptly and efficiently, completing the remediation of all affected units in just one week. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire process. This is the third time we’ve used First Onsite, and they continue to exceed expectations every time.
