We just had a nightmare experience with DMV Fire & Flood, particularly Craig Rosenthal. Craig was sent to our home by WSSC to clean up and assess the damage from a sewage backup due to a blockage in the WSSC sewer. He arrived by himself a full day later and did some initial cleanup. The sewage water had seeped under the flooring in our fully finished basement, which he pointed out to us, and said he'd send someone to remove the flooring. He promised he would put that in the claim he was sending to the WSSC so we could be reimbursed for the flooring, which we installed just 4-5 years back. This company had the best cleaning service I have ever had. I just moved to the area and was recommended to them by a family friend and I’m thankful that she did because I wouldn’t want to use any other company. Thank you guys for such an awesome job! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
