First of all, we LOVE the name of this company! I called on Tuesday for service to our kitchen sink clog. I asked for someone to come out the following day. Mr. Gerald called about 20 minutes before showing up. He was prepared to go to work. Stepped into our home and immediately put on his shoe covers! Love that as we do not wear shoes in our home. Mr. Gerald gave us an estimate of the cost. It certainly was fair! He spread his floor covering out on the floor and proceeded to work on the drain. It did take some time but SUCCESS was ours! Mr. Gerald is the best plumber I have ever worked with! We just moved into a older home and our shower required a part that wasn’t even made anymore in order to be repaired and he worked around the clock to find it as quick as he could. But beyond his professionalism and dedication, he is simply a good person with nothing but good intentions who you can trust.
