“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost. Jerry and his team were an absolute delight to work with as they were friendly, efficient, polite, capable, and cleanly. “roof deck leak Jan 2024. flat roof DC, duradeck material. and door frame rotted out. Great response from OnTarget, walked us through options. Did repairs about 2 weeks later when got materials. had some (minor) issues, they just did what was required with no fuss. cleaned up excellent. need test of time to insure all problems fixed, but they were so confident they went ahead and patched up/painted inside ceiling drywall wet spots & cover by warranty if find issues with future rain. Owner Mike gives a good sense of confidence. Maybe not cheapest outfit in the area, but not a fly-by-night mickey-mouse operator. You get a safe sense that it was done correctly, with good crews.“

“Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. They were able to provide a beautiful finished product in just 6 months. From the first job to the most recent, Jesryn has maintained a very good standard of quality.
