“The house was purchased in 2020 after being flipped, there have been issues with the heat every winter. Our energy bill had been astronomical as the system would constantly short cycle.

We’ve had several people out to look at the system and have gotten various conclusions from the system is too small, the system is too big, the duct work is bad, and everything in between. After getting a recommendation from a friend we called Griff’s. Two visits later, and one small part replacement, we have a working heat system.

“My 23 year old HVAC system suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago. Aire-Craft was one of two companies I asked to come out and assess the viability of repairing my old system, and one of 6 companies who provided me with a proposal once it was determined that the old system was not salvageable. The Aire-Craft technicians were on time for all appointments and explained their recommendations to me clearly. They provided the most competitively priced proposal and also installed the best quality equipment (Trane, while other companies would install Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, etc.). The demolition of the old equipment and the install of the new system was completed over the course of two days. “Mullhausen Heating and Air is the only one I will call. Work is always first-rate. Honesty is the policy at Mullhausen; you are given a direct diagnosis and preventative maintenance tips. Yesterday my mother-in-law's AC/Furnace quit working during 90 degree weather with projected 100's heat indexes coming in the next few days. We thought it was out of freon. Called on Saturday around twelve-thirty, Wayne was on-site within a few hours. It was not the freon; he diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it quickly. He carries every part for her system in his truck which eliminated any need for ordering a part. New parts weren't needed, but knowing he had everything was a comfort. My mother-in-law met Wayne yesterday and was so impressed by him that she's booking him to do her furnace maintenance in the fall.

Wayne came through for us multiple times, and has replaced entire my system previously. He taught me and my husband important information because he believes knowing what to do and how to prevent problems is better overall. He believes in doing a good job. I will always call Mullhausen and I will refer everyone to him. I am impressed every time with the job knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and quality of work. Peace of mind is important and Wayne provides that.
