MHC Healthcare Laurel, MD: I wanted to take a moment to write a review. The services that I receive from Dr. Roson Ray was excellent. Dr. Ray and the staff are friendly and ensure that I was properly informed about my health and care. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner, in additional he, provided home exercises very engaging and friendly. The staff was great, no long waits, scheduling was extremely flexible, they were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A combined effort from the staff, telemedicine calls with the medical doctor and therapist ensured I had smooth experience with physical therapy, treatment, exercise, and follow-up appointments. Amazing. TBH, I’ve had to get PT before and I hated every second of it. I felt like I was just in and out of factory being milked for money. Needless to say, I wasn’t looking forward to doing PT again after this car accident. BUT!! This place is amazing. From entering to exiting the customer service and attention to my personal care changed my whole experience and thoughts on the PT process.
