They use a variety of Balanced Body equipment, including Reformers, EXO Chairs, TRX, Springboards, and Bosu balls, making the workouts fun and engaging. As an unlimited member, clients love the flexibility to take as many classes as they want and the ability to book up to 15 classes in advance. 10/10 experience for the intro class! The instructor helped me make sure my form was comfortable and simple for me! I enjoyed how she also gave me and the class a fun little lesson about the origin of Pilates and how it benefited her and people in her life. I’m definitely going to come back for more classes, the instructions were clear, the interactions were so memorable, and the place was clean! The ladies also made sure the machines were cleaned before we used them. Defo inspired me to pursue Pilates in the future with them :)
