I love Club Pilates Germantown! I'm a pretty active person...always on the go, I bike, I rollerblade... then I had a baby! & then I had another one shortly after! Lost the baby weight, but there was that lingering 10lbs and the need to gain muscle and get firmer. All the instructors and classes I have tried are fabulous! Of course, I have my faves... Michele R., Sharon R & Kim! My week seems incomplete if I am not able to come to class. Their classes are awesome and will get me to my ideal body. All the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, i feel a sense of calm and achievement just walking in that door. Btw, thanks Rachel for a follow up call after my trial...read full review
I tried the free intro class and absolutely loved it! Kim did an amazing job walking us through everything, and I felt so amazing after the workout! No pain, not overly exerted, AMAZING! Highly recommend!
