Jesus was very responsive--he replied to my initial email over the weekend and then came to my condo right away, explaining what needed to be done, providing a quote, and offering to remove the mold quickly. Ultimately I had to go with a different company (my property management company wanted me to use their contractor) but I appreciated their responsiveness.

We had a wet ceiling from a broken AC drainage pipe in our garage ceiling. Mold grew quickly on the surface with the heat and humidity. MId Maryland came the same week we called, removed the wet and moldy wall board, patched the ceiling, removed the mess and cleaned up everything. Thank you for a job well done!

Just got off the phone with them .Although I did not need there service . The gentlemen over the phone showed great professionalism in his customer service . I felt that he was very honest.For that I gave them a 5 star for customer service !
