Removal of flooded carpeting involved moving a very heavy object, but the team did it extremely well and took care moving all furniture. After a leaking hot water heater, Argelis, David, and Jonathan arrived quickly. Argelis analyzed the issues and had the team pull up wet carpet, remove damaged padding, and place equipment for drying. Argelis returned for three days to ensure moisture was dissipating. All personnel were professional and courteous. The entire experience was wonderful. The folks were nice and cleaned up an awful mess. They are miracle workers, were happy and smiling, and worked with customers so well. They are recommended whole heartedly.
We received services from Nico and Argelis' team for a flood that affected our main floor and basement. They were prompt, friendly, and neat in their work. There was one miscommunication where condensation was noted on our air ducts and we were given the impression that the system would be inspected for water damage. This was not followed through with, so we had to hire that job out separately.
Fidel and Mauricio did a great job of removing water-leak damaged drywall and insulation, and then remediating the water damage and drying the place out. I am very satisfied with their work.
