“Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.“
“SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. People are people- gender aside and I wanted to understand the process and quality of the shingles I was paying for as much anyone with a wallet. Thank you Stephen! That seems important to mention.Stephens crew was extremely efficient. They appropriately cared for landscaping around my house before removing the old shingles and they did a stellar job with clean up at the end of the job. I had a bit of nervousness in trying to find a contractor for what I considered a major job, after seeing how other roofs were replaced in my neighborhood. From the sales personnel, the roofing crew, to the crew who installed the gutters - absolute professionals. The scheduling time frame was very reasonable, as was the price. The fact the the company could handle all required aspects of roof replacement and repairs to fascia or other trim work, and then install the gutters - made it a simple decision. The roofing crew deserves special recognition for their craftsmanship, care of the property, and work ethic - a finely tuned crew. All the work (expect for gutters) was done in one day, and with nothing to clean up after they left.“
“I needed to prepare my house in Baltimore city for renters. Which means I have to pass a lead inspection. Beltway Builders scraped peeling paint on every surface of my basement and repainted things from ceiling to floor. They also fixed bubbling blemishes in my bathroom and repainted that, and refinished my hardwood floors on the first floor. The price was excellent, they were very professional and did an amazing job.
