“We received notice from our homeowner's insurance company that we had to replace our entire roof or lose our coverage. A referral service that our insurer uses recommended Landmark. We also obtained two independent estimates, and Landmark's was slightly less. The company's subcontractors arrived as promised, finished in less than a day, and did a pretty good job cleaning up, although we have found a few items. So far, the roof seems to be working well, although it is only a month old. We had some difficulties getting a clear answer in advance on when they would drop off the supplies and where they would put them. Since we live on a public street and do not have a driveway, this was a concern, but we were able to find enough space on the day of the work.“

“Our basement flooded on February 28th and ending up calling six different remodeling companies to come out for estimates. We were ghosted by three contractors, another contractor attempted to call our insurance company and have our checks sent directly to him, instead of us, and the two that did show said we would have an estimate in a couple days. We drove around to the places they wanted us to get materials from, using our gas and days off from work, only to be ghosted again and not even a response saying they were not interested. We reached out to True North Remodeling, two months after getting the run around from other companies, and Jay showed up the next day to look at our basement. We finally received an estimate the day after that. I would text him multiple times a day with questions and he always answered! They started work not even two weeks later and their team was on time every morning at 8:30 am, rain or shine. We love our new basement! “I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.“

After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! The fan makes all the difference!

What impressed me most was how Kelvin met all my needs, and made suggestions to improve on my plans. I really felt as though we we're a team! And then he surprised me with little extras like detailed crown molding, tying the new gutters into the existing underground release pipes and adding a few extra feet length on the sidewalk that really made a difference ! Some ground leveling and planting grass seed from where I had the tree removed was another nice surprise!
