“Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.“

“Our project was somewhat unconventional. We were looking to enclose our patio so that it was screened in. The trick was it would have to be a free-standing structure off of our deck. Very few companies we talked to had any interest in tackling this. From the very beginning, Horizons Unlimited assured us they could do it and do it well. Once the project was confirmed and their project team came out, they actually suggested a modification to our original idea based on their experience and expertise and, because their modification added approx. 15-20 sq. feet of usable space, we agreed.From the very first day of construction, their team was polite, professional, and meticulous. They were here every day and, on the one Friday they had to miss because of weather, they came out and worked all day Saturday to make up for the lost day.We would most definitely recommend Horizons Unlimited for your home improvement project.“

“House Doctors did a great job getting our house ready to list on the market. We had a weird laundry list of items we needed done, and they did it all!! I found their price very reasonable, and the service tech who did all our work was on-time, thorough, and tried to save us money wherever possible. They did an excellent job matching existing paint, but I wasn't prepared for the way they do that (cutting a square from the wall, taking it to get matched, and then patching and painting the wall). So just be prepared for that or ask questions beforehand. But truly the paint color matching was right on point. I would use them again for tasks around the house! Some examples of what they did for us: tightening doorhandles, caulking crown moulding and windowsills, patching picture frame holes in the wall and painting, minor electrical work, fixing closet door tracks so they opened smoothly, painting a kitchen booth, tearing down a rain guard under our deck, removing the bottom few inches of our shed and putting a white trim around it instead. They did a GREAT job!!“
