“Our basement flooded on February 28th and ending up calling six different remodeling companies to come out for estimates. We were ghosted by three contractors, another contractor attempted to call our insurance company and have our checks sent directly to him, instead of us, and the two that did show said we would have an estimate in a couple days. We drove around to the places they wanted us to get materials from, using our gas and days off from work, only to be ghosted again and not even a response saying they were not interested. We reached out to True North Remodeling, two months after getting the run around from other companies, and Jay showed up the next day to look at our basement. We finally received an estimate the day after that. I would text him multiple times a day with questions and he always answered! They started work not even two weeks later and their team was on time every morning at 8:30 am, rain or shine. We love our new basement!
