The company called saying it was time for a tune up. It wouldn't cost anything. The company was made aware that I was out of work for a concussion. I look at my bank account and had a 400 dollar charge. They said it was from signing the contract at the bottom for renewal. I have text messages informing the company of their responses when I said I was out of work. I will never recommend this company. This should of been made clear on the initial visit

I am very satisfied with the service provided. The person sent to my home was kind, attentive, good communication, and good technical skills. He was quick to do the service maintenance. He explained everything to us as he serviced our furnace. I do recommend this service.
We got a new furnace, delivered and installed the next day from when our furnace broke down and it works very well. We also have used the service plan with full day on-site care and, both times, the service was excellent. Thank you.
