“They came out last week and found my heat pump could be rebuilt after a portion of a tree fell on it. I also told them I wanted a new thermostat as we have a nest and we hate it. Scheduled it for today (Friday). They got to my house by 805, the tech had my heat pump rebuilt and a new thermostat installed in the house in the matter of 2 hours. The bill was EXACTLY what the estimate was. Both the diagnosing tech and the tech who did the work were respectful, very nice and on point. Can't say thank you enough to all of them, from the lady who answered the phone and set my appointments up to the guys who came out and got heat going in my house again. Will absolutely call them for service!!“

“Ash is incredibly professional, responsive, and courteous to his customers. We have had several services completed by Thermal plus to include new AC, water heater, tune ups, and duct replacement.
