Since we weren’t sure how it got turned off and wouldn’t restart, Pat offered to return next day/Saturday if needed. So far, system has stayed up and running.“

“Semo and Cesar worked on a very challenging duct clog for me. The vent was completely blocked and about 24 ft high. They used a ladder to extract a very large bird nest out of the dryer vent. After that was completed they checked to make sure the air flow was clear from the dryer and cleaned up all the debris from the birds nest. I had them install a cage over the vent to prevent any reoccurrence. I would definitely recommend them.“

Bennette was most apologetic for the delays and expeditiously installed the compressor. So far, no problems. While I ended up not having them service our unit--the rep took the time to explain what would be needed to fix my HVAC system. Beyond just explaining the situation and configuration of my system, he shared very good advice, info and recommendations for best practices with an HVAC system. The unit(s) I have may need more work than they can offer, and that's where the honesty comes in...he directed me to another, local and trusted - but larger shop (vs. "mom and pop" which I'd prefer)-- that could better meet the needs of the project. That's big in my book. I only gave 4 stars because I'd not had work done on the units by them--no doubt, though, that Dillingham's would deliver quality service!“
