I’m very happy and satisfied with EK Rickett & Sons. They upgraded my moms unit few years ago, fixed my heater issues, and today my whole hvac unit upgraded. Before the overhaul, the times I needed them in emergencies when my unit stopped working, they came right away. Connie and Judy were great coordinating emergency home visits. James, Larry, and Mike are very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. They are also clean, they put rags on my carpet and the install was professionally done well.

Highly recommended and FYI I’ve already spread the good word out to folks I know.

“Always meets or exceeds my expectations! On time, professional, knowledgeable and I feel safe and secure. And today I can say they are in line with miracle workers. A/C went out probably around noon on Friday- didn’t notice til 2!! Called expecting to get a Monday appointment Happy when they said Saturday- then 15 minutes later they said they could come today- Friday- same day - by 4pm! Technician was here 4pm on the date- I was up and cooling 20 minutes later! It doesn’t get much better than that! Exceeding my expectations!“

“Oscar and the Reyes HVAC Company to the rescue!! I called and he came out the next day He advised us of everything that they would do and gave me an estimate for the job that I agreed with. On the day of service they came in and introduced their selves we showed them where the units was and they went straight to work. When finished they cleaned and left everything the way it was when they came in. I appreciate them so much for their wonderful and knowledgeable service. “Deeply impressed with this company from start to finish: excellent customer service and scheduling, the technician that performed the estimate was thorough, detailed, and professional, and the work they performed the following week was equally thorough and detailed. Their fees were clear and no hidden up charges. Go with these guys (and stay away from scammers like ProCLEAN that show up and then decide it will cost 5x what they told you over the phone and try to use scare tactics to get you to go with them). Hands down will go back to these guys for air duct cleaning, ductless unit cleanings, and dryer vent cleanings. If you can, ask for Simo - excellent technician!“

They provided a fair and professional quote for a complete system replacement, which gave me confidence during a stressful time.

Once I decided to move forward, their team wasted no time and quickly installed the new system. What really impressed me, however, was their commitment to customer service after the installation. Since the cooling side of the system couldn't be fully tested during the winter months, they proactively followed up during the summer to ensure everything was operating properly during the heatwave. “I called at 9pm on a Friday and described the situation with my heat pump and all of the troubleshooting steps I had taken. I was hoping for a visit the following morning but the man I spoke with had a tech in my area and offered to have him see me that night. Amir and his cousin arrived around 10:45pm. We discussed the issues and I relayed all the troubleshooting steps I had taken. He was able to isolate the issue immediately and determined that a capacitor had gone bad. Amir explained everything he did in detail and demonstrated how the capacitor was bad with his multimeter. When he brought out the replacement, he again demonstrated how the new capacitor differed from the broken one by demonstrating with his multimeter...in the event I wanted to try to troubleshoot myself in the future. After he replaced the capacitor, he ran some additional checks and gave me the clear. The price was fair and he actually said that my troubleshooting steps had saved them a lot of time and lowered the cost. We settled up and they were on their way by 11:00pm. Very nice people to work with and also very transparent. I will be using their services again if needed.“
