Ann Marie Walts is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge and hands are a deadly combo. I did some research and found her online. I visited her to get my old Keratine hair extensions taken off and she did just that. I took 3 naps on her chair while she took them off, speaks volume on how gentle she was or on how great her products work, who knows. Point is she got the job done, effortlessly! She is truly a hidden gem in West Springfield and I highly recommend. Thank you Ann Marie for freeing me of my knots and headaches with such grace.

I was really nervous going to get my hair cut as I wanted an alternative style with specific alterations, a last salon didnt listen at all and my hair wasn’t how I wanted, so I was hoping this place would do better (and it did). Coming inside the lady radiated a super positive energy and I immediately knew this was someone I could trust with my hair. Jeff has been doing my hair for to many years to count. We moved 1200 miles away and I would book an appointment, book my flights and then tell my family I was coming for a visit. Have NEVER had a bad cut, color, perm or any process. My sisters go to high priced salons and spend 2-3 times as much as I do with less than stellar results. Highly recommend!

I love it here! I have really thick, long, curly eyebrows and I am not good at doing them myself. I love being able to come here and get them threaded. There are usually two women working whenever I have come in and they are both so sweet and kind. There usually isn't much of a wait, but even when there is they are very professional and efficient while still maintaining great quality work. The service is very affordable as well, in my opinion. The place is a very calm, relaxing, peaceful environment and is always clean whenever I come in. I can definitely recommend coming here.

Berkshire is a very professionally run business. I like the way they kept us in the loop. At all times we knew what the plan was, expense and time frame. I have used Sypek Electrical since the late 80's. He is an honest electrician that you can trust to leave alone in your house. The job will be done right ( so don't ask him to cut corners because he won't) and he's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and finding a quality tradesman is difficult these days. He has done more projects for me and my family than I can count over the years and I'm still using him 36 years later.
My wife and I had an issue in our new condo last week. We couldn’t find an electrician who would come out because it was the holidays and for all of them it would’ve been time and a half. So we called Goodleds Electric who came out and solved our problem within an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the company. Highly recommend them.
Our roof was in need of replacement. Brian was able to begin the project within 4 days and finished the following day. It was on a freezing and windy day. His employees were hard working and went about the job quietly (as having a roof removed and reapplied can be!). Our property was respected and cleaned up on completion. Steve did a fantastic job replacing our old tub. He and his crew were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. When the tub base came in, it had a crack in it and they were able to return it quickly, and get a new one. Professional contractor, honest, and will do business with them again.
Bob is great. He tiled my elderly disabled mothers shower that had a lot of water damage and installed a hand rail. I live in Oregon and it is very hard for me to coordinate things like this. Bob is always willing to show up for things on my schedule while I am there. In addition he helped me move a few things which I could not do by myself. Bob is a very special person who helped me out when I needed it most. Thank you Bob.
December 2025 update — it's 2025 and Vista is still standing behind the work they did for me more than a decade ago. This review is based on a recent repair that Vista did for me. In 2013 they installed a new roof on my garage. When a wind storm damaged a few shingles a couple of months ago, I called Vista. Within a week they had someone out to take care of the problem at no cost to me. How many companies have that kind of integrity after so many years? I can't say enough in praise of the young man who came to fix the problem. Marc has been out to my house several times over the years to fix minor issues with the roofing shingles and it is always a pleasure to see him. He arrives on time, assesses the damage, and corrects the problem with great competence and care. He answers questions patiently and without condescension — something I really appreciate as a senior citizen who must rely on the expertise and honesty of others when I need help. He is kind, personable, and simply a joy to work with. Moreover, I am always confident that the job has been done correctly. This time, he went beyond the call of duty to look at a minor problem I was having with a section of the roof gutter that was too high for me to reach. He checked it out and was able to correct the problem on the spot. In short, Marc is highly skilled, a joy to work with, and a wonderful ambassador for Vista. About 2 years ago I walked through the doors of Bouchard Dental to embark on my journey for a straighter better smile. Little did I know I would be meeting a team of amazing, bright and passionate people who not only cared for me and helped me throughout that journey but also supported me throughout all my life developments. My initial first impression during a consultation with Lexi went so great, I knew right then that these were the people to trust to embark on that journey with. Every appointment from then on felt like a support pow-wow, a life update, a hangout and a progress report all in one. I always looked forward to coming back. I finished my Invisalign treatment for alignment in a relatively short amount of time. And when I raised concerns about small imperfections, they did not hesitate or blink, they immediately put me through the refinement treatment. I even expressed time sensitive life event concerns that may have coincided with my ongoing refinement treatment to which they ingeniously thought up a solution to ensure that I finished treatment in time for my life event. And through it all, the Bouchard Dental office always maintained an aura of homey-comfortability, love, compassion and levity! Always exceptional service here at Dr.Gaddam’s office he himself is very kindhearted! Dr. Malhotra did an amazing job with my filling, I didn’t even feel the injection, which has never been my experience at other offices. He completed the procedure in just 35 minutes, and the dental hygienists were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

I attended Fransua for a massage and facial, not long ago, and it was an amazing experience. I received the massage first, which I was very pleased with. and then I walked over for a facial shortly thereafter. I never got a facial before, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was very relaxing. everyone was great. I will definitely be back...
