I am a newer patient to Elm Family Dentistry. On my first visit what I noticed immediately was how well kept the office was and all the state of the art technology that was used during my consultation. What I noticed though on my follow up cleaning 6 months later is that the staff knew my name before I checked in. When I sat down with hygienist Haley she remembered about my job and kids, and asked me how I was, like she had always known me. It has been a great experience and I am so thankful for my longtime friend for referring me to the practice where patient care is at the forefront of all their interactions.
Dr Cole, Dr Betsy and the entire staff at Elm Family dentistry have always given our family the highest level of care. On a recent visit one of the providers came in on their day off to take care of my daughter who’s tooth broke. They are incredibly patient, and kind. Thank you all for taking such good care of her
