“About 2 years ago I walked through the doors of Bouchard Dental to embark on my journey for a straighter better smile. Little did I know I would be meeting a team of amazing, bright and passionate people who not only cared for me and helped me throughout that journey but also supported me throughout all my life developments. My initial first impression during a consultation with Lexi went so great, I knew right then that these were the people to trust to embark on that journey with. Every appointment from then on felt like a support pow-wow, a life update, a hangout and a progress report all in one. I always looked forward to coming back. I finished my Invisalign treatment for alignment in a relatively short amount of time. And when I raised concerns about small imperfections, they did not hesitate or blink, they immediately put me through the refinement treatment. I even expressed time sensitive life event concerns that may have coincided with my ongoing refinement treatment to which they ingeniously thought up a solution to ensure that I finished treatment in time for my life event. And through it all, the Bouchard Dental office always maintained an aura of homey-comfortability, love, compassion and levity! And if the tranquility wasn’t enough to bring ease, the people always did! I would be greeted by the wonderful front of office staff and Avi, and we would pick up right where we left off. Then I would see my girl Kayla and the back of office staff and I would yap all day if they let me. Kayla cultivated a space for me to be vulnerable, open and unguarded and I have so much love for her for that! And Dr. B! She was always so thorough, taking one more look, one more time giving me the ultimate trust that all these professionals knew exactly what they were doing and that my teeth were in great hands. What these amazing people do is a craft of art, love, passion and of service to the people. I cannot thank you enough! I have finished my treatment now and boy was it one of the greatest decisions of my life! I love my teeth! I smile more, I converse more, I laugh loud and proud! The confidence of feeling great about my teeth has given me a boldness to talk to people more. It has made me a better person, a byproduct that I couldn’t have anticipated.
