I love it here! I have really thick, long, curly eyebrows and I am not good at doing them myself. I love being able to come here and get them threaded. There are usually two women working whenever I have come in and they are both so sweet and kind. There usually isn't much of a wait, but even when there is they are very professional and efficient while still maintaining great quality work. The service is very affordable as well, in my opinion. The place is a very calm, relaxing, peaceful environment and is always clean whenever I come in. I can definitely recommend coming here.

I just got my eyebrows done with Silpa Patel and my eyebrows came out perfect. I would definitely recommend getting them done here at GBS Brows of West Springfield Ma. The place is nice and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Silpa!
