It was easy to make an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The hygienist, Dorothy, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Chen was great! It was a pleasure to go to Baystate Dental!

Very pleasant office staff, hyginest was informative, & my dentist is amazing. There is no judging & they really make you feel well taken care of. My dentist has gone out of her way to be informative and giving me solutions to expensive processes. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go with the caretaking of my teeth… thank you all!

Dr. Chen is an out of this world, incredible dentist. She’s hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had, she works quickly but does such quality beautiful work. I don’t know how she does it, but novocaine isn’t even as bad when she gives it! Thank you, Dr. Chen.
