I had a wonderful massage by Erik Lavigne. The atmosphere walking into the spa was inviting and calm. I can't thank Erik enough for a transparent intake process and overall great experience. I recommend anyone to come here for a massage and facial. The staff are wonderful and the services. You will leave feeling rejuvenated.

I had been looking for a new place to go for facials and Mind, Body and Skin didn’t disappoint. Gena was great and took the time to listen to what I liked and wanted. She was very professional and I would highly recommend her. Can’t wait to go back!
