I’m a private caregiver for a woman in Pittsfield mass she has an Associated home care worker Wednesdays and Fridays . She is absolutely perfect. but your office I literally have been trying all day since 9 AM. It is now 1:35 PM on Thursday, May 28 and the phone line has been busy. Need to speak to them since the Associated home care girl is on vacation next week cannot get through to see who is filling in for her as I said the Caregiver with your agency is absolutely perfect. It’s your office not too good. They have left this woman who was bedbound without a caregiver .

Worst experience with this agency. Christina is rude and should not be in her role as she can’t be trusted and is extremely unprofessional. Most of the workers are lazy and sleep when working overnights.

Do not trust this company!
The caretakers who come to my parents' house are caring and very hard working. However, there have been numerous instances of scheduling errors and lack of communication by Associated scheduling staff resulting in caretakers not showing up and nobody notifying us resulting in a dangerous situation. Despite repeated phone calls, texts, and emails and promises to remedy the situation, it is still happening. Additionally, on the weekends, if we have a concern or problem, we were told to call the weekend number and someone would return our call. There have been numerous times we have not received calls back, even after leaving multiple messages...read full review
