We signed on with SMR in March 2024 and could not be happier with the service we've received. The engineers at SMR are great to deal with. Giuseppe and Gino are excellent! They respond quickly and are very friendly and professional and the turnaround time is quick, most times the same day. They were able to resolve issues that our former IT Co. could not. I would highly recommend SMR any organization looking to make the switch.
