“We had a great experience with this repair shop. My wife's MacBook Air had a sticky left Shift key after some liquid was spilled on it. We first took it to the Apple Store, where the technician inspected the laptop and quoted us nearly $1,000 for liquid-damage repair and replacement of the entire keyboard assembly since we did not have AppleCare+. That was even more than what we originally paid for the MacBook!
Unfortunately, after the Apple Store inspection, the Shift key stopped working completely. We then found this repair shop nearby, and they were able to quickly identify the issue and replace only the individual key component for much less.
The repair was fast (~20 min), affordable, and effective. We are very happy with the service.”
