They fixed an issue that Dell Premium Tech Support could not do with me over the phone. CTS sent a 'tech' to my home in less that 1 hour after my initial call to them and the issue was resolved in less than 45 minutes. Dell wanted to do a 'scary reboot' as a fix that made me quite nervous thinking that I would lose things. The 'Dell tech' even warned me over the phone that this would be the case. The 'CTS fix' had no major impact on my computer other than having to log on to a few favorite sites etc. which was no big deal.
Lana, Dan and Mark are miracle workers! I have bought my last 3-4 computers from Lana, all built by Dan and Mark makes the house calls to fix them when they break. Mark just got rid of a nasty virus on my machine this afternoon. They are quite the team!
