This computer holds so much sentimental value, and I was devastated. But not only did they repair the motherboard and battery—they also replaced the keyboard, fixed the hinges, and gave it a full cleaning. I literally started crying when I saw it working again. Had a great experience at WangPC when I found out my laptop keeps having back screen issue with just a mouse. Then the problem turned into blue screen every time I tried to boot up. I could not even reinstall everything and had to find someone for help. This is my first experience for computer repairs, and I did find it expensive at first when I heard $180 for reinstalling the pc. However, I knew the problem was not so easy, and he also ran into the same issue as I did. With that said, he still tried multiple attempts and found the one that worked on my laptop.
