I got a green screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max call them up. They told me to come in and drop it off two hours later. I result the door brand new screen... A lot cheaper than buying the new phone thank you guys

My iPhone was stuck on the main screen and went into sos mode. every button I touched highlighted and spoke the action. No matter what I did I could not get it to stop. I took it into UbreakitFix it in Natick. Jason took it in hand and systematically went through a complicated series of actions and VOILA! it was fixed. He handed back the phone and I asked how much. He said nothing. So I am writing this to say how pleased I am with the customer service at this location. Thank you uBreakiFx! you now have a new customer.

Came into the Natick store to have my iPhone checked because it was not charging. The people there checked it out and cleaned it out and got it charging. Great help and customer service. Would highly recommend them.
