“My hard drive physically crashed and needed to be replaced while I was visiting Winchester, MA. An on-line help agent pretty much said all of my data was gone, nothing could be done. Thank goodness for Walter (and Craig)! at PC QuickHelp. They were able to replace the hard drive, and with Walter's special data rescuing software, ultimately saved all my data. They had my PC fixed within 24 hours. It's better than new. I'm incredibly grateful, and highly recommend for any computer issue. Everyone I've spoken to around here since says the same thing: Walter is the best! He's a genius!
