Steven was absolutely incredible! The nicest, warmest, friendliest person you could ever meet and on top of that he is brilliant and seemed to know every single thing there is to about anything related to technology. Then so great at explaining related topics to a rather limited, technologically challenged 66 y.o, making everything easily understandable. On top of it all, his rates are unbelievably low. It is clear that he loves what he does and how much it means to him that his customers are happy. I could go on, but if you need help with anything evenly remotely related to technology, I'd give him a call!

I cannot say how much of a life saver Steven is!!!!! Came out next business day and even answered my call on a Sunday when no one else would! Rate is extremely reasonable and overall a really really really really great guy and even teaches you on what's going on. Forever grateful for Steven!!!!

I found Steve, Carter I.T. Networking Service, through an internet search and reading reviews. After speaking with him on the phone, I knew he was the one who could get our internet up to par. He made a timely appointment, showed up on time and assessed the issues. Steve spent most of the day figuring out all our connections and getting our wifi up and running efficiently. While here, we talked about our audio system and he was able to get all our individual room speakers to work. It had been years. Steve is reliable, knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend Steve for any and all networking, audio and video needs.
