She was attentive to my needs and I left the session feeling much more relaxed. I will definitely book again and hope to have her as my therapist. The location is very nice, clean, and the room was comfortable.“

The classes are a blend of challenging, grounding, and fun, with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, which has helped deepen my practice. If you are in the Boston area, this is the place to go.“

13 Austin St, Charlestown“Best workout studio in Boston! The classes are similar to Barry’s, but with a much better format and amazing instructors. Every workout leaves you feeling challenged and truly burned out, without ever feeling rushed. The pacing is perfect, and you actually get the most out of the class. On top of that, the community is great, and the owners are always there, which makes it feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend!“

The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about their students’ success. The positive atmosphere makes a real difference and creates an environment where people feel welcomed and encouraged. Overall, in one word: “awesome.”“

19 Somerset Ave, Winthrop“I love this yoga studio. They have different classes every day, and each instructor brings their own flair to their classes. They’re all so nice, encouraging and inclusive, making sure to always provide modifications or remind us to return to basics if needed. I’m familiar with yoga but hadn’t done it for years and when I started again no one ever made me feel silly or incompetent. It’s a great studio to start your practice again, but it’s still also very challenging for the more practiced yogi. The classes are hot but not too hot. They have very reasonable rates and have mats, blocks, straps and towels for anyone to use anytime. Which makes it very easy for a drop-in!“
12:00 - 8:30 PM
379 Main St, Medford“The Corner Studio is great - I'm so sad to be moving away from the area. I've felt comfortable and welcome as a stop-and-start yogi who still feels like a beginner. Nicolene is a wonderful instructor who gives clear instruction, helpful cues, and structures her classes so you are building a cohesive practice for the duration of class. I especially like her focus on functional mobility. The studio is clean, cozy, and cute.“

PAUSE Yoga Studio, 91 Hampshire St, Cambridge“I joined Barbara's Come To Yoga class over four years ago at the start of the COVID pandemic via Zoom. I have taken yoga classes with a variety of instructors and Barbara is by far the best and most outstanding yoga instructor all around.
I cannot speak highly enough about her through knowledge of the human body, expertise and ease in following her approach to teaching yoga. Barbara makes her Come to Yoga classes easy to follow. She physically demonstrates each move and verbally walks her students through the process of how to safely enter, set themselve up and hold each move or pose. She offers alternatives to and with taking a pose or executing a move so as not to exacerbate any injuries or feeling of pain.
I feel my body’s flexibility, stamina and strength building with every class I have participated in and it feels wonderful!! Thank you Barbara for being there and helping me keep my body in tune and alive!“

440 Somerville Ave, Somerville“As a Pilates teacher and practitioner who runs a small business, it was wonderful to experience a different modality of movement expertly guided by Maegan that focused on stress relief and gentle movement. As a movement professional who works with many folks who need more spinal movement, ribcage mobility via breath work, and balance work, I especially loved that Maegan applied her physical therapy lens to the Yoga class and provided a lot of those things that everyone needs. Highly recommend!“
4 - 8PM
18 Fosters Pond Rd, Andover“Roberta is full of knowledge very picky depending on your situation which is critical if you have some sort of issue and just very calming, she is absolutely amazing and some of her students are just as amazing as she is“
7AM - 7PM
93 Trapelo Rd, Belmont“Om Namo has really changed the way I connect to myself while I’m moving. These yoga classes are not about mindlessly moving your body; they are about mindfully moving it—training your body to align properly and helping muscle groups work together so that movement is with ease
I’ve learned so much over the years, and there are so many kinds of classes available—from personal training and meditation-style classes to strength, alignment, and stability work—along with some amazing practitioners for acupuncture and other supportive therapies“
“HIDDEN GEM
Right in the heart of Burlington, MA! I LOVE Yoga - all different styles - and this place is truly one of the best studios I've ever been to. The studio is nice, Interior Decor is GORGEOUS, and all of the instructors are fabulous. They do a great job of creating a nice, safe, welcoming space for everybody.
What I love the most about this studio is that they offer a complete menu of different classes to meet everyone's needs. If you want your butt kicked in a tough workout, sign up for a Heated class. If you don't want that, sign up for gentle flow and meditation class. If you've never practiced yoga before and you don't know where to start, sign up for Beginner's Level on Tuesday Nights.
I LOVE this place. And it's such a privilege to be able to practice Yoga in community with other cool people.“

11 Sylvan St, Danvers“I have been a client of Debra's for only a few months, and, boy, do I wish I had found her years ago. She is skilled in many different techniques to align the body and prevent pain. She understands how to tune into her clients and provide what they need. Her space is welcoming and clean. I have been seeing Debra because I am having an issue with my pituitary gland and a former injury to my tailbone.
She not only heals me through cranial, tuning forks and cupping, but she explains how my body works better than my primary care doctor! Give yourself a gift and get an appointment with Debra!!“
