This review is specifically for facials. I have tried several places in boston and exhale is in my opinion the one with the best products and technicians. It is also on the more expensive side but I’m always happy with the result.

Brittany went way beyond her job description to help settle a problem I encountered ordering a gift card. I could not get the corporate office nor my credit card company to help me for 5 straight days, but Brittany fixed the problem during a phone call on 3/30/24. She showed unusual professional ability and identity.

Jackie was very professional and gave a great Massage.I think you could use more signage. I did not know there were 2 locker rooms. I opened several lockers looking for my locker, which was in another room all together. I could not locate my stuff. The cleaning lady showed me to the second room with lockers. It all looks the same, especially for a first time visitor.
