I recently joined Wonder Yoga. I hadn't done yoga in person in a long time and was a bit anxious. On my first day there someone said, this isn't really a yoga studio it is a yoga community. I completely agree. The staff and participants are helpful, supportive and friendly. I am comfortable being a novice. I look forward to going every week.
I’ve taken 7 classes here so far, with 4 different instructors, including the thrive and various restorative classes. All were different and great in their own way. I feel that all of the instructors are very good at reading the room and tailoring the class as they go to what that particular group needs. I’ve been doing yoga off and on for over 20 years, in several different cities, but this is the first studio where Ive ever felt completely at ease and at home. I've taken four classes at Wonder Yoga so far and enjoyed them all! A great set of teachers, a welcoming environment, and good facilities. I'd highly recommend for both new and advanced yogis looking to practice in the area.
