“Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough.“

“A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.“

“Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!! I had a big plumbing outfit stop by earlier that day (charged $99 for just checking it out) and he didn't even go in the basement. He said that I needed a new shower valve and shutoff valves and quoted the job at $1525!!!!!! I thought that was a little steep!!!! Dave was here for half hour at the most and charged me only $50. I happily gave him $100!!!! He was very thankful. Great service and would recommend him very highly!!!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“

“Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Rich is kind and understanding that people don’t want to live without their hot water! He worked after his normal business hours to make sure the job was done and to our satisfaction. Given that it was the weekend, we did pay a premium. But, the fact that we had hot water back within the same day was worth a little extra we had to pay. It was still reasonable based on what I’ve heard from friends and neighbors, after the fact.
