“Did not have any hot water and was referred to Cadorette by a neighbor. Andy came out and fixed my hot water issue. I asked if he could come back for the follow up and he said Chris, the owner, would want to come out so that he'd be familiar with my home as well. Really appreciated that they cared about that. Chris was great - professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Was meticulous about not leaving a mess, too. I'll be using them for my heating, hot water and gas fireplace going forward. And Caitlyn in the office couldn't be more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them.“

“Several days before Christmas my 21 year old gas furnace decided to not function. I called All Temp in Milford, MA which I have used for many years to service my furnace and central air conditioner and they came to the house and got the furnace going and said It needed a new part to keep it running, which they put in the next day. The furnace did work but only for a few days. I called the owner of All Temp, Bob and he told me they were all booked up until January 2nd. Bob told me the cost of the project and I agreed to have it done on the second of January. The crew of four arrived at 8:30 AM and we had heat by 1:15 PM.They explained the operation of the new thermostat and left us to enjoy having heat. I called the next morning and asked if someone could come by and explain the operation of the new thermostat which they did.They left their work area clean and neat and shut off all the lights and locked the bulkhead .I would recommend All Temp to anyone looking for good service and good products.“

“Review updated 03/18/2024 with before/after photos of my DREAM master bathroom. DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE WITH ABW!!!I am SO HAPPY I chose American Bath Works for my bathroom renovation projects!!! Lester, the owner of ABW, has worked closely with me to design my dream bathrooms and provided me multiple custom renderings to visualize the renovated spaces.I received quotes from a couple other remodeling companies who quoted me significantly higher prices for much, much more limited selections. With ABW, you are paying for the labor and related materials (very reasonably priced). The products going into the bathrooms (tile, vanities, tub, showerheads, etc.) you get to shop for/pick out from any store you want - which takes some time on your end but not only leads to the most customization options possible but also leads to HUGE cost savings compared to the limited selections offered by the other companies I received quotes from. Lester will be more than happy to help you with this process; I know it can be overwhelming to pick out stuff individually but trust me it is WORTH IT! (No joke, the other quotes I got - for just one non-master bathroom - totaled an amount nearly equaling the amount I paid ABW for TWO bathrooms, 1 of which is the master).I have attached a photo of the before/after (almost done, see note below) of the 1st bathroom ABW remodeled (they are currently working on a 2nd!). I am in LOVE and everyone who has seen this newly renovated bathroom is amazed by the beautiful work and craftsmanship. Please note: The after photo is really an almost after (the cord under the mirror is gone and the ceiling light/fan is installed, we just need to paint and have the shower door company come install the custom fabricated glass). You can see in the before photo there is a wall/door separating the vanities from the toilet and shower; we had that knocked out so now it's one spacious room! (One of the other companies I got a quote from acted like knocking down that wall was a herculean task that would cost enormous bucks they couldn't calculate on the spot...none of that nonsense with ABW!)Lester will provide you several recommendations for companies to work with (like shower glass door company, bathroom supply, etc), and you ultimately get to decide what works best for you to make your bathroom dreams come true!I CANNOT RECOMMEND ABW HIGHLY ENOUGH!!! Thank you to Lester and the whole crew!!!“

“Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!! I had a big plumbing outfit stop by earlier that day (charged $99 for just checking it out) and he didn't even go in the basement. He said that I needed a new shower valve and shutoff valves and quoted the job at $1525!!!!!! I thought that was a little steep!!!! Dave was here for half hour at the most and charged me only $50. I happily gave him $100!!!! He was very thankful. Great service and would recommend him very highly!!!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“
“John is a great plumber and an amazing person. I hired John to replace a toilet and corroded shutoff valve. This was done in an exceptional manner at a very fair price. When John was finished I mentioned to him that we had an issue with our tub drain and the trip lever. John explained to me the simple process of removing the existing lever and how to replace it which is something I was easily able to do on my own. “Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Rich is kind and understanding that people don’t want to live without their hot water! He worked after his normal business hours to make sure the job was done and to our satisfaction. Given that it was the weekend, we did pay a premium. But, the fact that we had hot water back within the same day was worth a little extra we had to pay. It was still reasonable based on what I’ve heard from friends and neighbors, after the fact. Might not be the cheapest, but you often get what you pay for. It’s worth it to remove the headaches you get from other low ballers.
