Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!!
